HOW TO USE :
Place product in a clean microwave and set to 600 or 800 Watt.
Heat for 1 minute, remove from microwave, and touch to test.
If additional heat is desired, continue heating in 20-second increments.
Total heating of 2 minutes should not be exceeded .
