Vitamin D helps regulate the amount of calcium and phosphate in the body. This vitamin D liquid does this by Aiding the absorption of calcium, which supports bone health. Helps to maintain our immune system’s health to keep us fighting fit. Helps to support strong tooth growth in children. A lack of vitamin D can lead to bone deformities such as rickets in children, and bone pain caused by a condition called osteomalacia in adults.
