Atorvastatin is used along with a proper diet to help lower “bad” cholesterol and fats (such as LDL, triglycerides) and raise “good” cholesterol (HDL) in the blood. It belongs to a group of drugs known as “statins.” It works by reducing the amount of cholesterol made by the liver.

Atorvastatin belongs to a group of drugs called HMG CoA reductase inhibitors, or “statins.”

Atorvastatin is used together with diet to lower blood levels of “bad” cholesterol (low-density lipoprotein, or LDL), to increase levels of “good” cholesterol (high-density lipoprotein, or HDL), and to lower triglycerides (a type of fat in the blood).

Atorvastatin is used to treat high cholesterol, and to lower the risk of stroke, heart attack, or other heart complications in people with type 2 diabetes, coronary heart disease, or other risk factors.

Return Policy Exceptions:

Also, Alawda Pharmacy reserves the right to refuse returns for certain products, as marked in the respective product pages as “Note: This item cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.”

Damaged Items:

At Alawda Pharmacy , we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to replace a product if it is damaged or defective at no extra charge if you notify us within 24 hours of receipt.

Incorrect Items Ordered

If we have sent you an incorrect product from that which you have ordered please notify us within 24 hours of receipt and we will do all necessary procedures to replace the wrong item without any extra charges and within 24 hours.
